LEADERS WANTED
SAFE (Setting
Addicts Free Eternally) began here in the Northwest twenty years ago. It is now
used across the nation and even in countries around
the world. SAFE is an intentional, structured program designed to locate and
target the root problems that contribute to addictive behavior and emotional
instability. SAFE is a Christ-centered success story founded on Biblical
principles.
As a young pastor,
I was often faced with the problem of what to do when someone came to me with
serious emotional or addiction problems. I knew that Christ could set them free,
but I had no idea what to do except tell them to read the Bible and pray a lot.
Good advice, but that was rarely enough-- until God began showing me where they
needed to read and how they needed to pray.
We can show you,
pastor, what you need to do and how to train that person in your church who has
a burden for those trapped in the bondage of addictions. We can help you develop
a support group that will make your job much easier.
